CASTING MY FATHER
The online experience of the installation
Growing up, I never knew my biological parents. When my foster dad passed away, I realized that I still had a biological father. But who was is he? What does he do for a living? What kind of music does he listen to? What kind of movies does he like? Do I even look like him?
I created seven different fictional scripts of important events in my fathers life. Several actors auditioned for the role of my father and through these auditions I got the chance to meet my father, seven times in seven different moments of his life.
